BEIJING, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened mixed on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index opening flat at 3,828.17 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.3 percent higher at 13,248.2 points. ■
