BEIJING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 118 km WSW of Adak, Alaska at 0930 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 35.0 km, was initially determined to be at 51.36 degrees north latitude and 178.13 degrees west longitude. ■
