Booking Conditions
Formula 1 Period : Min.3 nights accomodation required.
Room prices include open buffet breakfast, all taxes and service charges.
For free transfer service your accomodation period should be minimum 3 nights and it is available for the clients making their reservation directly to the hotel, through the internet or by fax. Please fill the reservation form and indicate your flight details.
No free transfer for Travel Agency Bookings. Free transfer available only from Ataturk International Airport. Transfers from Sabiha Gokcen Airport will be charged 50 EUR for one way.
Children age 0-6 are free of charge.
Cancellation should be informed at least 2 days before your arrival date
and should be done
by e-Mail ( reservation@sultanseye.com ),
by fax ( +90 212 518 34 36 ) or
by "Reservation Cancellation" button on the right bottom of this page.
CANCELLATIONS BY TELEPHONE IS NOT ACCEPTED. Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a "No Show" and first night amount of the reservation will be charged from your credit card.
